桡骨远端背侧关节内骨折的诊治进展

Surgical treatment of dorsal intra-articular fracture of distal radius

累及关节内的背侧骨块在桡骨远端骨折中较为常见,临床上常规采用的单纯掌侧入路很难对其进行有效的复位及固定,因复位不良造成的关节面不平以及骨折再移位易引起患者术后疼痛及功能障碍,因此创伤骨科医生应予以高度重视。本文对桡骨远端背侧关节内骨折诊断及发生机制进行分析,并对于手术治疗的最新进展进行综述。

Dorsal fracture block involving articular surface is common in the distal radius fracture, it is difficult to achieve effective reduction and fixation only by volar approach. Uneven articular surface and fracture displacement, which are usually caused by poor reduction and fixation, may lead to patients′ postoperative pain and dysfunction. Traumatic orthopedic surgeon should highly focus on the question. In this article, the types and mechanisms of dorsoal intra-articular fracture of the distal radius were analyzed, and the recent advances in surgical treatment were reviewed.
