为促进髋部脆性骨折术后抗骨质疏松药物安全有效地干预治疗，由中华医学会骨科学分会关节外科学组发起，同时成立相关工作小组，以世界卫生组织(WHO)最新发布的指南制定手册为指导，严格遵循美国医学科学院(IOM)最新指南定义，按照指南质量研究与评价工具(AGREE)第二版和卫生保健实践指南的报告条目(RIGHT)的流程标准，采用证据推荐分级(GRADE)、国际实践指南报告标准(RIGHT)以及证据质量评价工具(AGREE Ⅱ)完成指南计划书撰写。

In order to promote the safe and effective intervention of osteoporosis drugs after the operation of perihip fragility fracture, the Joint Surgery Group of the Branch of Orthopedics of the Chinese Medical Association initiated and set up a related working group. Under the guidance of the latest guideline formulation manual issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), closely following the latest concept for guidelines approved by Institution of Medicine (IOM), and following the standard process of Appraisal of Guidelines Research and Evaluation(AGREE) and Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT), the guidelines was planned to write with application of the Evidence Recommendation Rating (GRADE), the International Practice Guideline Reporting Standard (RIGHT), and the Evidence Quality Evaluation tool (AGREE II).
