滑膜软骨瘤病是由滑膜软骨化生引起的一种良性病变,该病早期较为隐匿,临床体征也不明显,患者不易察觉。常表现为受累关节的疼痛、肿胀、活动受限等。该病的病因尚未阐明。诊断主要依靠体格检查及影像诊断,最终确诊需组织病理学。本文就滑膜软骨瘤病的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗作一综述,并对滑膜软骨瘤病的发病机制进行展望。

Synovial chondromatosis is a benign disease caused by synovial cartilage metaplasia. The disease is hidden in the early stage, and the clinical signs are not obvious, so the patients are not accessible to aware of it. It is often manifested as pain, swelling, and limited activity of the affected joints. The etiology of the disease has not been clarified. The diagnosis mainly depends on physical examination and imaging diagnosis, and the final diagnosis needs histopathology. This article reviewed the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of synovial chondromatosis, and gave prospects about the pathogenesis of synovial chondromatosis.
