目的

探讨内侧半月板后角损伤的相关因素,为早期预防及诊疗提供依据。

方法

回顾性研究2018年4月至2021年12月期间,在福建省立医院治疗的半月板损伤患者共226例。根据内侧半月板后角有无损伤分为病例组(内侧半月板后角损伤)73例和对照组(半月板其他部位损伤)153例。收集患者性别、年龄、患侧、身体质量指数(BMI)、膝内侧滑膜皱襞(MPP)、胫骨平台后倾角(PTS)、膝内翻、内侧半月板外凸情况等基本资料。使用SPSS 22.0统计软件完成统计学分析,将单因素分析有统计学意义的因素纳入到二分类logistic回归分析内侧半月板后角的独立危险因素。

结果

单因素分析显示,两组间胫骨平台后倾(χ2=37.062)、膝内翻(χ2=30.652)、MPP(χ2=6.355)、内侧半月板外凸(χ2=6.962)差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);二分类logistic回归分析显示MPP与内侧半月板后角损伤存在明显相关性[比值比(OR)=18.560,P=0.006]。

结论

MPP是导致其内侧半月板后角撕裂的独立危险因素。

Objective

To investigate the related factors of medial meniscus posterior horn injury, so as to provide evidence for early prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Methods

A total of 226 patients with meniscus injury treated in the Fujian Provincial Hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively studied. According to the presence or absence of medial meniscus posterior horn injury, the patients were divided into case group (73 cases) and control group (153 cases). Basic data such as gender, age, affected side, body mass index (BMI), medial synovial plica (MPP), posterior angle of tibial plateau (PTS), genu varus and meniscus protrusion were collected. SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to complete statistical analysis, and the factors with statistical significance in univariate analysis were included in binary logistic regression analysis to analyze the independent risk factors of the posterior horn of medial meniscus.

Results

Univariate analysis showed that the posterior inclination of tibial plateau(χ2=37.062), genu varus(χ2=30.652), MPP(χ2=6.355), and meniscus protrusion (χ2=6.962)were statistically significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05); binary logistic regression analysis showed that MPP was significantly correlated with posterior horn injury of medial meniscus[odds ratio(OR)=18.560, P=0.006].

Conclusion

MPP is an independent risk factor for medial meniscus posterior horn tear.
