前交叉韧带损伤是最常见的膝关节损伤之一,为促进前交叉韧带重建术后患者安全重返运动,需要正确评估膝关节功能。本文阐述了评估膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后重返运动的意义,综述了目前常用的方法,并梳理其优势与不足,以此提出了未来膝关节功能评估更可靠和精准的方法。本文也对前交叉韧带重建后重返运动评估的研究热点作了概括。

Anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the most common knee injuries. Accurate assessment of knee function is required to promote safe return to sports for patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This article reviewed the significance of evaluation of the return to sports after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, the common methods in assessment of knee function and their advantages and disadvantages, therefore to propose a more reliable and accurate method for future knee function evaluation. This article also summarized the research hotspots in assessment of return to sports after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
