前膝痛是全膝关节置换(TKA)术后常见的并发症。目前关于初次TKA术中髌骨的处理方式仍存在争议。本文针对初次TKA术中髌骨置换和非髌骨置换对于减轻术后前膝痛的研究进展进行综述,对初次全膝关节置换术中髌骨的处理方法研究进展进行探讨。

Anterior knee pain is a common complication after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Atpresent, controversy still exists regarding the treatment of patella during the primary TKA. This article reviewed the researcheson the function of patellar resurfacing and non-patellar resurfacing in relieving postoperative anterior knee pain during the primary TKA operation, and discussed the research progress of primarytotal knee arthroplasty and intraoperative treatment of patella.
