富血小板血浆(PRP)是一种自体外周血经梯度密度离心后获得的高度浓缩血小板。由于PRP自体来源,制作简易,且安全有效,近几年在临床上的应用日益广泛,目前临床应用范围已涉及骨科、口腔科、疼痛科、内分泌科等多个专科。其中已有大量高质量研究表明PRP可用于治疗肱骨外上髁炎和膝关节骨关节炎。虽然PRP在临床应用的范围及有效性仍存在争议,但其在股骨头坏死中的应用越来越受到关注。无论是单纯PRP髋关节腔注射,还是与多种生物组份联合运用,疗效均受到了一定肯定。本文就PRP在股骨头坏死治疗中的研究进展作一综述。

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a kind of highly concentrated platelets obtained by centrifugation of autologous peripheral blood by gradient density. In recent years, due to self-source, easy to make, safe and effective, PRP has been widely used in clinical practice. At present, it has been applied in orthopedics, stomatology, pain clinic, endocrinology etc. Abundant high-quality evidence supports the use of PRP injection for lateral epicondylitis and osteoarthritis of the knee.Although the range and validity of PRP in clinical application is still controversial, more and more attention is paid to its application in osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH). Not only PRP alone but also combined with biomaterials, the curative effect has been partly affirmed. This article reviewed the research progress about PRP applied in the treatment of ONFH.
