Research progress of periprosthesis fungal infection after artificial joint replacement

Abstract

Abstract:

Fungal infection around the prosthesis after joint replacement is a rare but devastating complication, and there is no unified treatment standard. Therefore, this paper provided literature reviews on the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of periprosthesis fungal infection after artificial joint replacement, in order to improve the understanding of the disease and offer a guidance for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
