观察休息位复位技术治疗肩关节前脱位临床疗效。

选取青岛市黄岛区中医医院2019年6月至2023年5月肩关节前脱位患者50例，采用休息位复位技术复位，观察其临床疗效并记录复位时间。

采用休息位复位技术治疗肩关节前脱位，复位过程患者痛苦小、牵引力量小，安全有效，临床疗效显著。平均复位时间（62±24）s。

休息位复位技术治疗肩关节前脱位手法轻柔、安全有效，推广前景广阔。

To observe the clinical efficacy of resting position maneuver technique in the treatment of anterior shoulder dislocation.

A total of 50 patients with anterior shoulder dislocation from June 2019 to May 2023 were selected and reduced by resting position manipulative reduction technique to observe their clinical efficacy.

The resting position manipulative reduction technique was used to treat anterior shoulder dislocation, which was safe and effective, and the clinical effect was remarkable. The reset time was (62±24) s on average.

The resting position reduction technique is gentle, safe and effective in the treatment of anterior shoulder dislocation, and has broad prospects.
