目的

探讨加速康复护理路径在国产机器人辅助全髋关节置换术围术期的护理效果。

方法

选取2021年4月至2022年9月于西安交通大学第二附属医院骨关节外科行机器人辅助全髋关节置换术的患者56例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组(29例)采用快速康复护理模式,对照组(27例)采用常规护理模式。记录并使用t检验、秩和检验比较两组患者的术后下床时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、Harris评分和满意度。

结果

观察组的下床时间(1.9±0.9)d明显早于对照组(2.4±0.7)d (t=2.4,P<0.05),且住院时间(13.0±3.9)d明显短于对照组(15.1±3.9)d(t=2.04,P<0.05);术后观察组的疼痛评分(2.0±1.2)分明显低于对照组(2.7±1.5)分(t=2.09,P<0.05);观察组患者的术后Harris评分(67±10)分明显高于对照组(62±11)分(t=2.042,P<0.05)。

结论

在加速康复临床护理路径的指导下,结合国产机器人的优势特点,优化后的人工髋关节置换术围手术期的护理流程,可评估、可操作性强,提高患者的满意度,促进患者康复,值得临床推广。

Objective

To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing pathway on perioperative nursing of domestic robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty (THA).

Methods

A total of 56 patients who underwent robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty in the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected.According to random number table method divided into observation group and control group, the observation group (29 cases) using rapid rehabilitation nursing mode, the control group (27 cases) by routine nursing mode.The ambulant time, length of hospital stay, pain score, Harris score and satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups by t test or rank sum test.

Results

The ambulant time in the observation group (1.9±0.9) d was significantly earlier than that in the control group (2.4±0.7) d (t=2.4, P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the control group was (13.0±3.9) d, which was significantly shorter than (15.1±3.9) d of the control group (t=2.04, P <0.05). The postoperative pain score of the observation group was (2.0±1.2) points, which was significantly lower than (2.7±1.5) points of the control group (t=2.09, P<0.05). The postoperative Harris score of the observation group was (67±10) points, which was significantly higher than (62±11) points of the control group (t=2.042 P<0.05).

Conclusion

Under the guidance of clinical nursing path to accelerate recovery, combining with the characteristics of the advantages of domestic robots, the optimized peri-operative nursing process of artificial hip replacement can be evaluated and operable, improve the satisfaction of patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

摘要
