随着人口老龄化加重,膝关节骨关节炎的患者日益增多,而单髁置换术手术技巧的提升及假体设计的优化使其成为治疗膝关节内侧间室病变的主流选择。既往的研究表明,单髁置换术后的下肢力线对于膝关节外侧间室病变的进展、假体使用年限、患者功能活动及舒适度存在重要的影响。因此关于影响单髁置换术后下肢力线的因素及术后最佳力线的研究应运而生,但少有系统总结及综述单髁置换术后下肢力线相关研究进展的文献。

With an aging population, the number of patients with knee osteoarthritis is increasing. Following the improvement of surgical techniques and the optimisation in prosthesis design, unicompartmental knee arthroplasty has become the mainstream option in the treatment of medial compartment lesions of knee joint. Previous studies have shown that lower limb alignment after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty has a significant impact on the postoperative progression of lateral compartment of the knee, the lifetime of prosthesis, functional movement of knee and comfort of the patient. Therefore, research has emerged on the factors that affect the lower limb alignment and the best alignment after surgery, yet it has been found that only a few literatures systematically summarise and review the research progress in lower limb alignment after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.
