我国的骨骼疾病患病率呈现快速增长的趋势,成为我国居民致残和丧失劳动力的重要原因之一。退行性骨关节疾病等部分骨骼肌肉疾病因其发病隐匿、病程长、难以完全治愈等特点,其知晓率、就诊率和控制率总体仍然偏低。针对这一问题,《骨骼慢病社区健康管理规范》提出了骨骼慢病防线前移的理念,将骨骼慢病防控面向全人群,包括健康人群、骨骼慢病易患人群和骨骼慢病患者。该规范制定了科学易行的骨骼慢病健康管理路径和评估体系,并提供全方位的骨骼健康管理服务指导,内容包括疾病介绍、流行病学、筛查评估、膳食指导、运动干预、心理疏导和药物治疗等。该规范是落实健康中国行动的重要举措,有助于促进骨骼慢病防控工作的规范化,为基层医疗卫生工作者、健康管理工作者和社会大众提供科学、易行的骨骼健康管理服务。

China is one of the countries with a rapid increase in the prevalence of skeletal diseases in the world. Skeletal diseases are an important cause of disability and labor incapacity in China. Some skeletal muscle diseases, especially degenerative bone joint diseases, have the characteristics of hidden pathogenesis, long course of disease, and difficulty in completely curing. At the same time, its awareness rate, consultation rate and control rate are still at a low level overall. 《Management standard of chronic bone disease for community hospital》 emphasizes that the defense line of chronic skeletal diseases is moving forward, and is aimed at the whole population, including healthy people, people who are prone to chronic skeletal diseases and patients with chronic skeletal diseases. It formulates a chronic skeletal disease health management path and evaluation system, and provides a full range of skeletal health management service guidance. The content includes disease introduction, epidemiology, screening and evaluation, dietary guidance, exercise intervention, psychological counseling, drug treatment, etc., and is scientific and easy to implement. It is convenient for grass-roots medical and health workers, health management workers and the public to practice. The regulation is an important measure to implement the Healthy China initiative and help promote standardization of prevention and control of chronic bone diseases.
