上个世纪七八十年代,人工全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)的发展经历了"辉煌10年"[1]。此后,各种新型设计假体、更精准的植入工具等不断涌现,这些革新致力于改善TKA的临床结果,提高患者术后的满意率。遗憾的是,除了加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)以外,还没有一项里程碑式的革新能显著改善TKA术后效果。在手术技术方面,运动学对线(kinematic alignment,KA)技术因为获得了不劣于机械对线(mechanical alignment,MA)技术的临床结果和中期假体生存率[2,3,4],使之受到广泛关注。
