骨关节炎已成为主要骨科疾病之一,人工关节置换手术是治疗髋膝骨关节炎的一个有效的治疗手段。但是抑郁症常见于关节置换手术的人群中,对患者的预后产生不良的影响。本文主要关注于抑郁症对髋膝关节病发病机制及其对关节置换术后结果的影响。

Osteoarthritis has become one of the main orthopedic diseases. Artificial joint replacement is an effective treatment for osteoarthritis of hip and knee. However, depression is common in patients prior to joint replacement surgery and has a negative effect on the prognosis of patients. This paper focused on the pathogenesis of hip and knee diseases and the effect of depression on the postoperative outcomes of joint replacement.
