Research progress of early diagnosis and treatment in osteoarthritis

Abstract

Abstract:

The treatment of osteoarthritis still one of the major clinical challenges. With the accumulation of research evidence, the concept of early diagnosis and treatment has received increasingly attention in osteoarthritis, which has been one of the potential research hotspots in this field.Under such a circumstance, the concept of diagnosis and treatment for osteoarthritis is shifting from the traditional late stage, reactive to early stage, preventive.The continuous improvement of criteria for early diagnosis and classification of osteoarthritis and treatment strategies will help build a more scientific and higher cost-benefit ratio osteoarthritis diagnosis and treatment system, ultimately, benefiting more patients.This article aims to review the research progress of early diagnosis and treatment in osteoarthritis.
