Abstract:

Objective

Non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the common sports injuries that lead to lower limb dysfunction and seriously affect the career and quality of life of athletes. It shows obvious characteristics of high incidence, non-contact and gender differences. At present, the research on the mechanism of non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury has become a highlight. Through the analysis and interpretation of the current research situation at home and abroad, this article summed up the non-contact injury mechanism of four different sports: football, basketball, rugby and skiing, and analyzed the reasons for the differences in anatomical structure, activity mode and hormone level between men and women in ACL injury. The relevant preventive measures were summarized to provide diagnostic analysis and rehabilitation suggestions for clinical work.
