Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the effect of health education interaction pattern on the early functional exercise and recovery after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).

Methods

From January 2016 to December 2016, 113 patients who underwent TKA in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University were selected and divided into experimental group (59 cases) and control group (54 cases) by the random number control method. In the experimental group, a health education interactive pattern group was set up on the basis of consecutive medical diagnosis-treatment mode, and a nursing path table of early postoperative functional exercise was systematically and standard developed, and one-to-one interactive rehabilitation guidance was implemented according to the nursing path table. The control group was given the traditional health education method. The Hospital of Special Surgery (HSS) scores of the two groups before operation and three, seven and 14 days after operation were compared by t test.

Results

The application of early rehabilitation nursing path through healthy interaction pattern in the early rehabilitation after TKA, the HSS score was used to evaluate the effect of functional exercise before operation and three, seven and 14 days after operation between the two groups. The HSS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (3 d t=0.67, 7 d t=4.78, 14 d t=3.63; all P<0.05).

Conclusion

The healthy interaction pattern in the early rehabilitation after TKA could improve the exercise compliance, promote the recovery of knee joint function and improve the life quality of patients.
