随着人口老龄化的增加,为改善生活质量,每年行全髋关节置换术的数量也在递增,其中假体周围骨折是关节置换术后严重的并发症之一,由于有假体的存在骨折治疗难度大,且患者多为老年人,合并多种基础疾病,使其成为骨科领域巨大的挑战。本文对全髋关节置换术后假体周围骨折的流行病学、危险因素、分型、治疗方案和并发症的进展进行了综述。

As an aging population, the number of total hip replacements performed each year to improve quality of life is increasing. Periprosthetic fractures are one of the serious complications after arthroplasty, and the difficulty of treating fractures in the presence of a prosthesis and the fact that most patients are aged patients with multiple underlying diseases make it a huge challenge in orthopaedics. This review analyzed the progress of epidemiology, risk factors, classification, treatment options and complications of periprosthetic fractures after total hip arthroplasty.
