图2 术前双侧髋关节正侧位X线片，示髋关节间隙狭窄

图4 术后1周双侧髋关节正侧位X线片，示髋关节假体位置良好

图3 术后1周全脊柱正侧位X线片，示脊柱后凸畸形矫形改善明显，内固定位置良好

图5 术后2年全脊柱正侧位X线片，示脊柱后凸畸形矫正未发生丢失，内固定位置良好

图6 术后1年半双侧髋关节正侧位X线片，示假体未见明显松动和移位
