Abstract:

Objective

To study values of nursing path in perioperative period of high tibial osteotomy and internal fixation of bone graft.

Methods

Between January 2016 and January 2018 in the Second Hospital of Tangshan, a total of 80 patients undergone high tibia osteotomy with bone graft and internal fixation were enrolled in this study. Inclusion criteria were unilateral lesions with surgical indications, high treatment compliance, and the clinical data were completed. Exclusion criteria were severe postoperative complications or severe other diseases, poor compliance. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted normal nurse, while the observation group adopted nursing path mode. The two groups were compared with postoperative complications, time for full weight loading, rehabilitation compliance and nursing satisfaction. Independent sample t-test was used for comparison between groups. The data of postoperative complication rate was expressed as the number of cases or percentage.χ2 test was used for comparison between groups. Rank sum test was used for the data of compliance and satisfaction.

Results

The complication rate of observation group was lower than the control group(t=4.501), the average time for full weight loading was shortened, compliance (t=5.424, Z=-2.053)and nursing satisfaction(t=5.724, Z=-2.162)was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( all P<0.05).

Conclusion

It can greatly improve perioperative nursing quality in high tibial osteotomy and Internal fixation of bone graft by nursing path.
