Abstract:

In recent years, with the increasing number of people participating in sports, there has been a gradual increase in the number of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Currently, arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament anatomical reconstruction surgery is widely used for treating such patients, which can correct the anterior-posterior stability of the knee joint. However, the recovery effect on rotational stability is still limited. This article comprehensively investigated the impact of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on knee joint stability based on relevant literature from both domestic and international sources, and provided a comprehensive review.
